Reginald Jones Obituary

Reginald A. Jones (Reggie), born to the late Charles and Gussie M. Jones on May 16, 1958 in Lincolnton, NC. Reggie departed this side of glory unexpectedly on Saturday, March 14, 2015. A natural giver of his time, his heart, and his opinion, Reggie was full of life and made a positive impact on all who knew him. Graduate of Oliver Perry Walker High School (New Orleans, La.) in 1976, joining the United States Navy the same year, serving faithfully until 1984. Reggie is honored and remembered by his family; daughters, Nina Jones and Jemiiah Brown; fiancé Tonja Holland; son Trey Holland; mother Gussie M. Jones; sisters Denise Michelle Bryant (Charles) and Deanna P. Paul (Jeffrey); brothers Gary A. Jones (Candice) and Charles E. Jones (Celestine); nephews Jeffrey Paul, Don C. Brewer, Gary A. Jones II, Joshua Paul; nieces Latoya Armstrong, Celestine C. Jones, Chelsea N. Jones, Jasmine Paul, Cherice N. Jones, Bre'Aunna Jones, Alexis Jones; a number of grand-children. Memorial Services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday March 21, 2015 at the Word of Truth Fellowship Church, 5333 Tullis Dr., New Orleans, LA 70131.
