To Alma and all the Stowe family,

My condolences to all the Stowe family. It was my good fortune to become friends with Dick Stowe back in the early 1970's and I always had the highest respect for him. He was such a good and decent person and so smart and wise and always a pleasure to be around. Loved his sense of humor. Never learned until just recently what a great contribution he made to the national security of our country he loved so much because it had been top-secret and even were it not Dick was not one to call attention to the good things about Dick Stowe. But we can all see the good in him just by looking at the same great qualities of his that he shared with and passed on to the rest of the Stowe family.

Dick is in my thoughts and prayers and those of Karen and all the Eckert family.
