Timothy Donoghue Obituary

Timothy Donoghue

Rochester - January 30, 1947 - July 14, 2018. Passed away suddenly after a brief illness. Survived by his wife of 19 years, Barbara (Webb); daughter Kelly (Carl Fisher) and grandchildren Isabella and Johnathan French and Zoe Jimenez; his brothers-in-law Bradley and Brian (Debbie) and their son Jordan; his beloved dogs Annabelle, Teddy, and Daisy; and other family and friends. Tim was predeceased by his parents, Tim and Helen, and his and Barb's cherished dog companion Candi.

A graduate of Aquinas, Tim was passionate about politics, ND football, and the Boston Red Sox.

When a private service was held, this tribute was paid to him; "While Tim could appear gruff, he was a loving, gentle soul with a heart of gold."

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 28th, 2018 at 3pm, at Enright's Thirst Parlor, 582 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Verona Animal Shelter can be made.

I just found out about Timmy and sadden for sure! Tim goes back to Genesee Street days back in the 50s and 60s with my Dad and our days and nites at the thirst parlor on Monroe. Great Guy who loved Old Smugglers, Sports, and loved to talk and laugh! RIP Timmy!

Tim was a wonderful neighbor. He was always friendly, and always sweet to our daughter. We had some wonderful driveway conversations over the years.

I loved seeing him with his dogs. He had an immense love for his animals, and it was a beautiful thing to see. I will miss him terribly.

All of our love to Barb and his family.
