I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I enjoyed working with him both on the Mary Cariola and Ad Council boards. He was such a kind, thoughtful, and smart man, and part of that special group of folks who left Security Trust to go on and do great things. I hope that your memories of him will provide comfort during this difficult time.

Dear Barbara, You probably don't remember me, but I worked with(for) Tim at STC. I have had many boss's over my working career, however I have always remembered Tim. He was kind, smart and a wonderful mentor.

Dear Barbara,
It has been many years since I had worked with Tim at STC but I will never forget our time together. He was always upbeat, helpful and honest in all our efforts. His words of wisdom and kindness helped me in later versions of my career. He was always happy to share a story of you and the boys. Not so long ago, I ran into him at Wegmans, he was in a hurry but still took time to "catch me up on the Leach family" and their accmplishments. God Bless you and your family. May your memories of your life together always be a comfort to you.

Dear Barbara,
I was on vacation and returned to a note from Lou Bloom that Tim had passed! I am so very sorry...we shared so many laughs over the past(nearly 40!) years...he was always so proud of you, the boys, and the grandbabies. My deepest sympathy.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tim for 15 years. He will be missed as a true friend and great coworker. I will remember the joy he took in sharing stories about his children and grandchildren. Tim's community involvement says volumes about the man he was, one we were all proud to call our friend. I am currently traveling and will not be able to attend the services, but please know my thoughts and prayers will be with your family in the days and months ahead.

Mr. Leach was a classy and elegant man. We will always remember him fondly especially how much he doted on his beautiful grandchildren, Jack and Madeline. We are so sorry for the loss of your husband, dad and grandpa.
God Bless.

I am very sad to hear of Tim's passing. I will always remember how nice he was to me when I wacked into his new car in the parking lot @ SIGMA. You can learn a lot about someone from a situation like that. I learned that Tim was understanding and a very kind, gentle soul. My condolences to Tim's family.
