My Dad's the best.
I've missed him a lot over the years. His smile warmed anyone who saw him, and his energy in a room was unmatched. He was vivacious, kind, and entertaining while making sure those around him were genuinely taken care of. The 12 years we had together were not long enough, but he raised me very well.
My father thinking of himself as a geek is so characteristic even though his typical trend has been to make those around him understand how special they are. I'm glad for those who supported him and helped him know he's truly great. He's the person who taught me how to be sociable. How to be welcoming and embrace making connections.
I'm grateful to my father for his outstanding work. Not only professionally, but also in being compassionate, understanding, empathetic, heartwarming, and kind. It's good to be soft enough in this world to love people. I'm thankful he taught me so well.
I appreciate the kind words others have placed here.

I'll always love you Dad.

Deepest condolences to Todd's family. Friends for many many years, always on the go, and always looking for the next conquest. Between starting out as friends, then working at Quinlan's for a time, the golfing, the clubs, the Stoli parties with his dad, the runs to Buffalo, etc., always kept it exciting for everyone. Moved to L.A., when Todd opened Flatlanders, but still kept in touch. Always making sure his family and friends were taken care of. One of a kind, never forgotten. Deeply missed.

I want to share this email Todd sent me 2 months ago. It is in response to my email to classmates about Pam Neelin Eaton entering hospice care.

"I thank you so much for your response carried along with my deepest probable loss of not only your Pam-but also mine. We shared so many hysterical and fun-fulfilled times with her zest for life, her appreciation for a me, Todd Quinlan as often perceived as a geek in high school, and was instrumental in me finally realizing that I wasn't. Is there any way I could say thanks (not goodbye-for she is only leaving in a physical sense, not a spiritual one?), I am POSITIVE my holy ghost will place her in God's favor. I ask this request fully knowing the answer is not up to me-

With my deepest thanks for Pam in my life---

Todd Quinlan (585) 694-**** Please feel to call me anytime day/evening-TQ"

I know Todd's loved ones will be calling out to him in sadness from now on and rest assured...he will be listening.

I have many great memories of Todd and working for him at Quinlan's. He was a true character and great fun to be around. I met my wife while checking ID's at the door. Todd, my friend, you will be missed by many and if heaven has a tavern...have one waiting for me. God Bless and Cheers.

The R-H Class of '71 will always remember Todd. He just emailed me a few months ago concerning the tragic illness of another of our classmates. He was so appreciative of Pam's acceptance of him during school when he thought of himself as a geek..but then realized he wasn't...thanks to her love and friendship. I assured him that we thought he was a pretty cool guy back then...and definitely was a cool guy now. R.I.P., Todd. We will never forget you.

The laughs were many, the time too short. We spent many an hour driving around looking for laughs and cops. Fortunately, we never found any; cops that is! I will miss you deeply and will never, ever forget all the good times and heartier laughs. You were a joy to be around.
