To Bill's family:

Our condolences to the family of such a great man whom we had many opportunities to share lots of laughs and good times over the years.

I worked with Bill for several years through our RG&E and TY Electric connection. He taught me a lot about metering and electrical service installations. 958 will be missed.

Bill was dedicated to his family, friends, and fellow veterans. Truly an inspiration to all he encountered.
