Ann: It was your poem " Siblings" that touched me so deeply. I had sat with you to judge youth poetry, but I only knew you through that poem until you chose my poetry submissions for the Arts Center Marquee. Then we communicated via poetry. How I wish I had known you well, for I can tell from your poetry that the world has lost a special person, and I grieve that loss. Thank you for your poems, your belief in their power, and for believing in mine.
