I lost touch with Amy and came across a Christmas card today that she sent me in Dec 1998 when she married Terry Heit. She gave an address and wrote of being married and moving into a new townhome. She looked so happy in the photo, it was taken in Las Vegas. I searched and saw she was divorced from Terry in 1999. Then I came across this obituary. Im so sorry. She was so close to her family and siblings. I knew Amy for a couple of years in the early 1990s when I lived in Denver. She was the sweetest person, so funny. Always fun and so smart! This is just the saddest news, if only I had found this card earlier, its not even a year since her passing. I hope she found love again and had a happy life. She so deserved it. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear Amy.
