Tippery, Catherine Harriette (Nagle)
02/14/1949 - 07/10/2021

Died July 10th, 2021 in Arvada, age 72. Kitty enjoyed a long and full life, wrapped in the love of friends and family. She grew up in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Kansas State University, she married Kevin Dale Tippery (1948-2009) and began her life in Denver. Over the years, she filled her time by running a daycare and getting involved in service and fundraising activities. Kitty was gregarious and kind, and she could spend hours on the phone with friends. She had a phenomenal ability to know dates and names, and she could readily call up the birthdays of even distant family members. She was the anchor to her family, and her strength enabled her children to become independent and confident adults. She is survived by two sisters: Emilyrose Nagle and Maria (Fred) McCoy; three children: Christopher (Allison Murphy), Nicholas (Megan Johnston), and MaryJane (Jordan) Ellie; and five grandchildren: Sean, Caroline, Andrew, Connor, and Plum. She was preceded in death by her husband Kevin, her parents, Harry and Kathryn Nagle, and her brother Simon Nagle. Memorial service August 7th, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2626 E. 7th Ave. Pkwy, Denver. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.

our sympathy to the family, I knew Kitty at KSU in Ford Hall, a fun loving girl! Always enjoyed her smile and friendly greeting. So prayers as you adjust to the loss of her.

My sincerest sympathy to family at the passing of Kitty. We met as residents at Morning Star and later on we called ourselves Brother and Sister. I had recently faced my wifes passing. A lot of talking and laughing mixed with tears kept us in a bit of comaradery. May God bless you at this time. Sincerely, Dick Rowe
