I had the pleasure of working with Edith for more than 6 years. She was a faithful volunteer in my primary classrooms at McMeen Elem. in the DPS. She had amazing skill and the kids loved her dearly as I did. I always enjoyed our thoughtful and insiteful conversations reviewing works of Foster Cline and Jim Fay. After I had left DPS, we kept in touch via email. Edith was the most giving and caring person! She will be missed greatly and remembered fondly. She touched many lives including mine! Edith was a wonderful person, and one of the few to help out when my mother was deteriorating with Alzheimer's. I am very glad I got to see her about a month ago, and I will miss her very much.
