WATTERS, EDWIN E.
85, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 18, 2009. Ed was born on March 29, 1923 in Golden, CO. Raised in Bisbee, AZ, he served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and moved to Denver in 1945, graduated from Rockmont College in
1949 and attended Denver Seminary in 1950. He was a Printer by trade. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Deloris; one sister, Marlene DeCamp; three children, Martha, Paul, and Jim; nine grandchildren and one great grandson. Viewing, Wednesday from 4-7 pm, at Aspen Lakewood Chapel, 1350 Simms St. Memorial Service at 1st Baptist Golden, 1805 Washington Ave., at 10 am Thursday. Interment service Friday noon at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area "A."
