To Tom, Tim, Terry, Mark, Melissa, plus all the grandchildren and great grandson. I met Eva in 1974 when we were transferred to Denver from Calgary,Alberta Canada. our husbands were with Amoco and had worked together in Lousiana. We were "family Moms" as our children were so important to us both. We loved to see pictures of each others grandchildren. Our daughters were good friends, we both enjoyed playing bridge, serving in churches even though we were of different faiths, we had respect for each others beliefs. I loved Eva, and will miss her and our good times together. I do know we will meet again in that better place that she is in now. My prayers are with each of you as I know what it is like for your Mom to go on and leave you behind. Even though she is gone, she will always be with you.You can still talk to her and know what her words to you would have been, even though she is in heaven. Love, Jenna Ervin.

One of the most brilliant women I have ever known, her advise will carry with me forever as well as her unconditional abundance of love, support, and understanding. I will always remember her laughing and sharing happiness with her words and her smile. I am so grateful for what she has given so many here in this life, which also will be passed on to many more.

Mama,
We miss you dearly. Thank you for your never ending love and support you always gave to us in good times or bad. We could always count on you for guidance, an ear to listen to our troubles, a shoulder to cry on or a simple laugh to make us feel better. You taught us how to become the "rock of our families" that can be counted on as you were with yours and now we must make that transition without you. We are missing you terribly.

To Tom, Tim, Terry, Mark, Melissa,
Aunt Eva was the most loving and outgoing woman that I have ever known. She always made my family feel welcomed and was a wonderful hostess. All of you are lucky that you had such a wonderful mom, and I know she will be greatly missed. You all will stay forever in our prayers.

The McMaster Family,
My sympathy and prayers are with you on the death of your dear mother. She was a wonderful person. I always remember the summer of 1969 when I spent the summer working in a hospital in Tulsa and spent a couple of delightful evenings at your parents home. And of course I would see Eva now and then when I visited Harold and Dee in Kansas City. The last time I saw her there was January, 2007. May she now enjoy the peace and eternal life with God. I celebrated Mass for her last Thursday.

Eva was so committed to the Church and her faith was wonderful. We served as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion together many times at our parish, and I will miss her smile. She was a true disciple of Jesus Christ. May God welcome her to Heaven and grant her family strength, peace and many wonderful memories!
