Don't ask me how or why, but I stumbled across this the other day in the paper and, although it been 20 plus years since I have seen you, knew exactly who it was. I've recently gone through this with my Mother and several other close friends and can only say "hang tough". It takes awhile. My condolences and may God bless.

Jan, Lynn, Jim and Tyler.
When my Father passed away suddenly when I was a young man, a favorite Uncle sent me this to me. It brought me much comfort and peace of mind. I hope it brings you solace and comfort from losing such an extraordinary man like Jim.

The souls of the just are in the hand of God,
and the torment of death shall not touch him.

In the sight of the unwise he seemed to die:
and his departure was taken for misery:

He is in peace; his hope is full of immortality.

Afflicted in few things, in many he shall be well rewarded:
because God hath tried him, and found him worthy of himself.

God's blessings to the entire Bente family. Jim lives on in our hearts.
