I loved playing golf with Jim as my partner. He was a "tiger" who didn't give up, although a fifty-cent nassau was a little steep for him!

What a special guy! I remember many happy times at the Village Club with Jim and Sarita. Please know I'm sending love and blessings to you, Sarita, and family.

Fondly,

Jim was my teacher, my partner and long time good friend. My fondest memory of Jim is the summer parties that Sarita and Jim put on for the residents. He would take great pride in quizzing you on what flowers he had and was most proud of his Dahlias which were always beautiful.
He would always beat me at golf but it didn't matter to me as it was always a treat to spend leisure time with him.
He will always be in my mind and heart as a "Treasure of a Friend".
My love to all of his family who I have known since 1966.
Best regards, Wayne
