I hate to acknowledge that, with shock and great sadness, I only just became aware of Jean's passing. I apologize for not communicating with the family sooner! As many of you know, Jean was a special friend of mine since 1990, we were Takacs buddies and kindred spirits. I found her to be a loving, wise mentor, with a spirit that inspired and guided me. Thank you all for sharing your outrageous, artistic, wise mom with the rest of us. May I demonstrate the spunk, fun, engagement, and twinkle of dear Jean - throughout my senior years.
