I've known John my whole life. Other than my own father, he is the only person I've called "Dad". I have been truly blessed to grow up with the Steininger family next door to me. Although I may not get to see them as often, I still feel closely connected to them. I love you all very, very much! I love you too, Dad, and I miss you...

I am so sorry for your loss. I never got the pleasure to meet John but I do know Linda and if John was only half as good as Linda is, I truly missed out. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that he is no longer in anymore pain. And rely on family and friends to help you in this time of need. Love

Please accept my deepest sympathy for you all. I met John years ago when he was friends with my brothers Bob Wood, Doug Wood, and Dennis Wood. John was a great friend to our family. John helped Doug work on several of my cars over the years. He was a good, kind man who helped anyone in need. I'm so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace, John, until we meet again. My prayers are with the family and friends of this wonderful man.
