Judy was a dear person, friend, and co-worker. I will miss her humor and her willingness to work hard. My sympathy and prayers go to her wonderful family and friends.

I was a co-worker at Western Area Power Administration. Judy was a very friendly, polite person. Judy will be missed dearly. I am sorry I could not attend the services.
