I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of your beloved father-in-law and father, Ken. As I reflect on his remarkable life, it's evident that he left an indelible mark on all those fortunate enough to know him. Ken's journey, spanning an incredible 93 years, was filled with vitality, passion, and an insatiable zest for life.
Though the pain of his passing weighs heavily on our hearts, I can see a celebration of this remarkable man and the profound impact he had on everyone he touched. Ken's legacy is one of boundless curiosity and vibrant living. From his career as an OB-GYN to his pursuits as a talented watercolor painter, accomplished pianist, and avid reader, Ken's multifaceted nature truly set him apart. His love for wine and sports, combined with his irreverent wit, showcased the rich tapestry of his personality.
It's awe-inspiring to think that until the last year of his life, Ken defied the constraints of age, embodying a spirit of youthfulness that many aspire to attain. His insatiable thirst for knowledge and his unwavering passion for diverse interests were a testament to his vibrant soul.
In his final moments, he taught us that living life on one's own terms extends even to the end. As we honor his memory, let us draw strength from his example of resilience.
May the memories you've shared, the laughter you've enjoyed, and the love you've felt sustain you during this difficult time. Ken's spirit lives on in the stories and lessons he leaves behind, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all. As you navigate these challenging days, please know that you're surrounded by a circle of friends and family who share in your grief and offer unwavering support.
Rest well, dear Ken. Your legacy is etched in our hearts, and your vibrant spirit will forever shine as a beacon of inspiration.
With heartfelt condolences,
Julia Ross

I met Ken a few times and loved having lunch with him and his daughter Valorie, who is a great friend of mine. Ken will be missed and I know that he is no longer suffering in the hands of our heavenly Father. Rest in Peace Ken. You are loved. Sincerely, Julia A. Ross
