All Is Well
Death is nothing at all,
I have only slipped into the next room
I am I and you are you
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by my old familiar name,
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used
Put no difference in your tone,
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was,
Let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It the same as it ever was, there is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near,
Just around the corner.
All is well.

Dear Art and Family,
I have many many fond memories of you and Marge. We didn't see you often, but when we were together, we had great times. Marge was very special to me, and she will be greatly missed. She is now free of pain, and I hope she and Al are catching up. Love to you and your family.

We have many fond memories of Marge and you as well, Art, from our newlywed days of long ago. All the parties at your house were memorable for the food and fun!

Marge was a beautiful and exciting gal whose talents were broad and unending; she was skilled in animal training, horseback riding, baseball, bowling, swimming, diving, cooking, accounting, organizing and most of all, a loving, nurturing mother to all in her close brood of six children. She'll be sorely missed by her many classmates, friends and family.
