Michael Klahn Obituary

Michael David Klahn, age 48, passed away August 5, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Julie, his sister, Lisa, and her son, Skyler, and his brother, Kevin. Preceded in death by his father, Jerry, mother Jill, and brother Mark. Mike was a Colorado native, born on May 30, 1960 in Denver. He graduated from South High School. He worked in the trucking industry for many years. Michael enjoyed traveling, boating, and skiing, among many other interests. Michael and Julie married in 1996 after a 9-year courtship. Their love for each other was strong and never-ending. Michael has left all of us too soon. He will truly be missed. Funeral service Sat. 1:00 p.m. at Olinger Hampden.

Lisa,
I am very sorrowful for you, your Son Skyler, Kevin and Michael's Wife. I was reading paper today and noticed Michael's passing along with your Mother Jill and Mark. Wow the time has gone by fast since we were all Teenagers hanging around almost everyday together 32-34 years ago. I have to work tomoorow or I would come to Funeral Service. I pray that the Lord will help all of your Family through this very hard time and be of a comfort/refuge for you. Michael was a GREAT guy from way back and am positive a MUCH GREATER Husband/Brother later.
