Tiffany and family.
We are sorry for your loss. I have known Phil since 1st grade. Beth has known him since junior high school.
We have kept in touch intermittently over the years. He was a thoughtful loving person. We are glad that you two were married and I know you brought joy into his life.

Dear Tiffany & family:
Phil was my roommate in Paris when we were both students in 1970. He was always an encouraging and supportive loving man. It was a joy to see him again in Denver in 2008 at the Democratic convention. I am grateful I knew him and will keep him and you in my prayers.
Peace to you all,
Richard Branson

Phil, you were a good friend and a great person. To know you is to love you - through thick or thin even in pain you held your head up high. When you smiled your eyes smiled with you too. You were always a good listener when I needed someone to talk to. It was a pleasure knowing someone like you so dedicated to your clients, friends and especially your family. My heart goes out to you Phil and my prayers to your family. Rest in Peace my Dear Friend this is for you…..
My Dear Friend.....
You touched the hearts of many,
your presence still lingers in our souls,
its so hard to say goodbye,
why so early in life,
even though you are gone,
you'll never be forgotten,
You'll be missed by many,
its brings tears to my eyes,
that this is the final goodbye,
rest in peace,
may you live in peace for eternity.

Philip was a Great Attorney and a good friend as well. Really the only attorney that I ever met that truly cared for and treated his clients as human beings. The world will be missing a great man!

Tiffany & Family,
I am so sorry for our loss. I am also shocked. I knew he was ill however we never want to think about losing a dear friend. The last time that I saw Phil was in his office on October 10th, 2010. He was in good spirits, however he told me it was serious. I loved Phil as did everyone that knew him. He was a gentle soul and will be very much missed by me and everyone that knew him and a world that desperately needs more genuine, decent, honest and loving people like Phil. His journey and suffering here is over. May he now be at peace and rest. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Larry MacPhale

A dear friend of 20 years left this world for a better place. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, I hope looking back in memory helps comfort us tomorrow. When a friend dies, he isn't truly lost... But is found and lives in the hearts of all of us simply because we love him.
Phil your kind soul and devotion will be truly missed in my life but I will keep you close in my heart. Farewell for now.

Phil was a man of quiet dignity. He was a dedicated attorney who genuinely cared for his clients. He was a good friend. I will miss his positive attitude towards life and soft laughter. He left the Earth a better place for his being here.
