enjoyed many growing up memories as the averch's neighbor and good friend of angie. sudden shifts moved us all but want to share condolences for continued strength and courage on the word of vern's passing in recent year.
kids had such fun together in our lovely neighborhood and have often thought of and deeply missed you all. such good people. Godspeed and a heart-filled greeting from a long ago, now distant, neighbor. all the best, susan stevens [hansen]
