Vic Buetell was a loyal and caring member of the Order of Daedalians, a world-wide fraternity of military pilots. He served honorably and well as our Flight Captain in 1978 and continued to participate and support our activities on a regular basis. We could count on Vic to be there when help was needed. He was present at this month's meeting and appeared his usual hale and hearty self only last Friday 15 August. So his passing is a real shock. We will miss his presence and honor his memory as he heads West on his final flight.
