What a great neighbor and "snow angel"! Bill always said, "Can I help?" I will never forget this friendly man who made me feel so welcome in my new Mayfair neighborhood and then helped me move three years later.

Bill was a dear friend to me and very special to my children. He was their Uncle and Santa. His "outfit" got better every year and my kids enjoyed his performance long after they knew the truth about Santa. I knew him to be a kind, gentle and loving person. Although I had not seen him for many years, I will miss him. My sympathy to his family and all who were close to him.
