ANN LANG

Ann Bateman Lang 1929 ~ 2010 Ann Bateman Lang, our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010 in St. George, Utah, at age 80 surrounded by her family. She was born February 7, 1929 in West Jordan, Utah to LeRoy and Bessie Bateman. She married Wayne H. Lang December 19, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple. She is survived by her husband Wayne, her sister Erma Dumett, her children, Lora Hamilton, Paula (Kole) Freeman, Kent (Lisa) Lang, and Brian (Paula) Lang, her 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She served in the Great Lakes Mission. Faithfully served as a Relief Society President and in many other callings. Ann loved her family and was a devoted wife and mother. Ann was a very sweet and selfless person. She enjoyed making quilts for her family and others. She leaves a wonderful legacy for her family. Funeral services will be held Monday January 25, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.) with a viewing from 12:00 -12:45 p.m. prior to the services.
