Dear Linda and Family,
We just learned of Rod's passing this evening. We were so grateful to have Rod dedicate my mother's gravesite in May. You have our deepest sympathy, and I'm so sorry that we didn't hear about this in time to attend the services. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

God bless,

Linda,
It is so hard to express how I feel at this time. Rod is a one of a kind friend. There was never a time that he was around the I couldn't feel comfortable. He would listen to me complain and always had something to say to make it seem not so bad. He had a way of always making us feel welcome. But, always had to keep an eye on him because you never knew what was next with Rod. I will never forget how he would end his phone calls with me....."I'm sure glad you're my friend". A true friend indeed, and one that will surely be missed. Rod, I'm sure glad you were my friend. I'm gonna miss ya bud.

Dear Linda, and family
What a blessing for us to have had the opportunity to work with you and Rod this summer on the float. We have been connected to your family for years through different family members. Rod always tried to put on that crusty shell so all that sweet goo he had wouldn't spill out. But we knew better. Linda our thougths and prayers are with you this must be a very hard transitioning time. How grateful to know that this life is temporary with so much more to look forward to when we too can pass from this earth.
We Love You!!!!!!

My Dear Linda & family,
My heart goes out to you Linda. You were always by his side and have been his constant companion for many years. I'm so glad you were able to fulfill Rod's dream of going on a mission. Those are memories you'll always cherish.

Jessica and Brianna, I know your grandpa was more than a grandpa to you. Cherish the memories and good times you had with him. You both worked so hard on the shed with him this summer. You two had a special connection with him.

I know he loved all his family and especially his grandkids. He will be missed by all.

We love you all, keep in touch, we're here for you!
Love,
Doyle and Mollie Brewer

Dear Linda,
We were so sorry to hear of Rod's passing. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time. We enjoyed being neighbors for many years and your friendship that both of you have shown to us. It's also been fun in recent years (after we moved away) to see you at weddings and other events and be able to share some time with both of you. May the Lord bless you and your family. I know he is very happy where he has gone.
