Barbara Holman Obituary
1944 ~ 2012
BRIGHAM CITY -Barbara Jane Balls Holman, 68, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at the Brigham City Hospital.
Barbara was born March 24, 1944 in Brigham City, UT a daughter of Arden Cleon and Harriet Woolf Balls.
Barbara married her eternal sweetheart Dwight Holman on February 14, 1964 in the Logan LDS Temple.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; she loved teaching primary, served in the England, Birmingham Mission with Dwight from May 2006 to November 2007. Their mission was timed so they only missed one tax season. Barbara was a life long member of the American Legion Auxiliary, member of the Ladies Community Club where she was currently serving as the treasurer and a DUP member.
Surviving are her husband Dwight, Brigham City; children: Miriam (Dennis) Didericksen, Bear River City; Jane (G. Douglas) Hekking, Kaysville; Lance Dwight (Diane) Holman, 12 grandchildren and sister Margene (Bud) Siegfried, Woods Cross. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Jodie and sister Renee Olsen.
Funeral will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the Brigham 4th Ward, 25 N. 300 E., Brigham. Friends may call Monday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham and Tuesday 12:30 to 1:10 p.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.

Barbara was a one of a kind lady. We got to know her through her and Dwight's tax business. She was so kind to us and our kids. We sure love her.

We have lovely fond memories of Barbara in Chelmsley Wood, and the great work she and her husband did in reactivating and fellowshipping. She radiated happiness and the Spirit of the Lord, and had many amusing stories to tell of her time in the EBM. Our sympathies are with her family at this time.
