Carol Pratt Obituary
Beloved Carol Francis Pratt went on to be with her Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 79, January 29, 2018. She was born in Gary Indiana February 20, 1938 to Leonard & Shirley Puent and was parent to five loving children: Julie & Scott Simons, Mark OBrien, Gregory & Terry Obrien, Timothy OBrien; 10 grandchildren, 19 Great Grand Children.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Rey Pratt of 30 years, son Richard OBrien, and granddaughter Kelly Fay Simons, One surviving brother Jack Puent and sister Patricia Korzeniewski.
Carol was exceedingly faithful and the virtue of her charity was an example to all. Her home was open to the King James Bible Church where she served as secretary for over 10 years. Her witness to the faithfulness of God's word is her legacy, keeping the word by being rooted and grounded in the love of Jesus Christ.
Services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018,11:30 a.m., at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, where friends and family may visit from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at 12:00 noon. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.LarkinCares.com.
