To the Barrett Family,
I have such fond memories of Mr. Barrett when we would go visit my father at the Fire Station as kids. My father thought alot of him. It is always fun to hear the stories of all his firemen "buddies." My deepest sympathies to you all.

YOU WILL BE MISSED. A FINE MAN, A HONORABLE MAN. HE LIVED IN MY WARD IN PRICE, UTAH. HE LIVED A FEW DOORS AWAY FROM ME IN PRICE. I REMEMBER WHEN HE HAD HIS HOUSE UP FOR SALE, GETTING READY TO GO ON A MISSION. I WENT OVER TO HIS HOUSE AND CHATTED WITH HIM AND HIS WIFE. SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS.

Dear Dorothy and Family,
We just read of Dave's passing. Please know of our love for you. We have some pictures that we took up at the VA Nursing home while visiting our Uncle Ralph Romig and seen Dave in the lunchroom. You had just left Dorothy and felt bad that you were missed.
Living as neighbors for a short time in the Rose Park 5th ward will always be cherished. Life is Fragile. You both have always been examples of Christlike caring for others. "Families Are Forever" and you have such a family. We know that you know you will be together with Dave in the near future.
May Father in Heaven Bless and Comfort each of you at this most difficult time.
With Friendship and Love,

Connie Kelson

Julie-
I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. I just received the email at work. Hopefully I can go to the viewing tonight as I work at the FD just a couple of blocks away. Your Dad retired a few years before I started working in Dispatch, but I remember meeting him years ago when you and I were at West. It is very hard losing a parent. Keep close to your family and especially your Mom as she will really need you now.
