Eleanor Delgado Obituary
1925 ~ 2014
Eleanor Lopez Delgado our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on June 12, 1925 to Carmen Lopez & Petra Awayho. Eleanor married Henry A. Delgado on January 25, 1947. She was a loving wife and homemaker for all her 88 years.
Eleanor is survived by her sons, Gary Lopez, Thomas (Deanna) Delgado and Ronny (Debra) Delgado; daughters, Carol (Frank) Gomez and Linda Guzman; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 34 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Henry A. Delgado; son, Henry Delgado Jr.; grandsons, Richard Guzman and Henry Troy Delgado.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns, Utah. A Rosary will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery. www.goffmortuary.com

My dear sweet Honey... I will never get over the guilt I feel for not spending more time with you... I have only myself to blame... I know you loved me no matter what was going on and I will carry on your ways and wisdom of always saying "I love you" I can't wait to see you and grandpa and my dad. Never goodbye, until we meet again...
