Dear Dottie and family:
My love to you as I remember with gratitude Jim's and your kindness to me the year I was in Randolph teaching English at the high school. Being invited into your home to spend time with you was such a welcome respite for me. I remember always the warmth of your home and the love I felt in your family. It was always a treat to run in to you here and there through the years. I am one of the many whose lives you have touched for good. Much love and condolences, Dianne Steckler Rasi-Koskinen

When I heard the news of Bro. Killians passing, I just sat there and remembered all the great experiences of what a great family you all are. Bro. Killian picking us up for early morning seminary and how he was and always will be a great hero in my life. My prayers are with Sis. Killian and the Killian family.

President Killian will be in my heart forever! I look forward to getting a hug from him again in the Celestial Kingdom like he gave me in the Celestial Room of the Santiago Chile Temple during my mission! He was one of the greatest men I've known in my life. He and Sister Killian will always have a special place in my heart and life!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your extended family during this time. I have fond memories of family gatherings from long, long ago where I first met your family and our children met their cousins. Blessings of comfort and peace, to all, you are not forgotten.

Dottie,

We were so sad to hear of Jim's passing. You both always made us feel so loved and accepted. Of all the people in our ward, you and Jim were some of the very hardest to leave when we moved.

We want you to know how much we love you and how much you and Jim mean to us. You made us better people. We will be praying for you and hope you can feel all the love and support that surrounds you.

With Love,
Ryan and Heather Hill

Dear Dottie,

I want to express my love to you and the family at the passing of my good friend Jim. I am in ^Peru leading a humanitarin expedition of college and high school kids. I wish i knew Jim´s second language, but know of his love for the Latin people and you as well. I will not be back but wanted to express my affection for your family at this time and let you know that I cherished Jim´s friendship at the institute in Orem, his wisdom and council many times.

May the Lord bless you during this time.

Sister Killian and Family,
We have such fond memories of President Killian as our Branch President in the BYU 87th Branch; We were at BYU from 1973-76. We cherish his love and grest words of wisdom. He encouraged us -- as students earning a bachelor, masters or a PHD --to always remember the importance of family. Another lesson learned was keeping a balance in our lives with school, work and family. President Killian left a great legacy and we express our sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Sister "K":
Oh, how I love you and your dear eternal companion. You have made such an eternal impact in my life. So many wonderful, fun memories tending your beautiful children. I could call Bro. K my "substitute dad" with many tender memories. Thank you for allowing me to be "just another child in your home" when surely you must have felt at times your hands were overflowing. I love you all. Killian Family - My heartfelt wishes go out to each of you. Knew your dad 46 years ago as a young college student at Fresno City College. We at the Institute babysat you all. Wanted to get over after Lisa called but have had the flu. An important part of my past has just passed. Bro. Killian played an important part in who I am today. Much love to all.
