Jefferson Edwards Obituary
1983 - 2023
South Jordan, UT - Jefferson David Edwards passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25th at his home in South Jordan, Utah. He was born December 1, 1983 to William David Edwards and Jennifer Ruth Edwards. His family called him "Jedi" because Star Wars episode VI was released harolding his birth. He graduated from Bingham High School in 2000 where he was an honor roll student and lettered in football. He was awarded an Eagle Scout. He graduated from Utah State University in 2010. Jeff lived life through simple pleasures having a good conversation with family and friends, a cold Pepsi, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He had an uncanny ability to make people smile and always found the opportunity to do so.
He is survived by his parents Dave and Jennifer, three older brothers Alex, Nic (Alisa), Ben, and eight nieces and nephews. He has been reunited with his sister Amy who died in 2007.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley located at 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway in South Jordan. Viewings will be held Sunday, February 5th from 5:00-7:00 pm and Monday February 6th from 10:30- 11:30 prior to the service at the same location. Interment South Jordan Cemetery.
