JD is survived by his parents, Jon and Julia; brothers, Alex and Cole, and sister, Sierra, many other beloved family members and dear friends. Dear Jon, Julia, Sierra, Alex and Cole,

I can't express my deepest sympathy for you. I know how much it hurts, and also knowing that I can't help with that hurt. I wish I could, but there really aren't any words that I could say that will take that pain away. You are a strong family, let that be your source for strength to get through the rough times ahead.

All our love,

Terri, Monica, Derek and Micheal
