As a "member" of the noon basketball group, I had a great time with Dr. Henschen. His wit was great as he once told me about scoring "I make more baskets on accident than you do on purpose." Thanks for being a friend and colleague.

Prayers and thoughts go out to Julie and all of Keith's family. Keith and I literally grew up together in Fort Wayne, and we
kept in touch all these years until the very end... I don't remember exactly when or where we first met, but I'm pretty sure it was at Franklin School. There are so many great memories of our Franklin and North Side High School days together - some I could tell, and some I couldn't! He was an outstanding athlete, but an even better person!! But, he is in a much better place now...Rest In Peace, my brother...

My brother, Stan, ran around with Keith all through high school and spoke very fondly of him and his principles. I personally knew Keith thru our friends and always remember his humor and caring attitude. God Speed

Our prayers go out to Julie and family. As a high school, college, and professional friend, there are many memories. Keith and Julie taught us to play bridge in college, was a groomsman in our wedding and visited us in New Orleans. I think the main purpose was so he could go to the racetrack. I still can´t believe that he beat me in a game of one on one basketball in the 8th grade when I was the County scoring champion. Keith will be missed

So many wonderful memories of Keith & times together with AAHPERD. Julie decided we looked like "Bill & Hill" in one photo together. Such a special person and a warm, caring friend who will be greatly missed.

As an Exercise and Sport Science staff, now Health and Kinesiology Department staff, I will never forget how well Dr. Henschen treated us. And how he took the time to appreciate and care for us. The outings he took us on are still some of my most precious memories. His sarcasm and wisdom had and still have me laughing and crying at the same time. It was an honor to have known him. May he rest in peace.
