Jody,

It is a great tragedy that has happened to all of us. I know you are taking it very hard as well as we are. I wish I could have been there with you and Mike. I spent the day yesterday to myself and went through the pictures of when I was out there with you and Mike in 1986. It helped seeing him having fun and being himself. I will miss him very much. Love you Jody.

Love Always Mary

Jody and Buddy (Michael Jr.),

Everyone says the same thing about your family unit...you guys have something special. You were made for each other. You are the perfect couple. You match. Michael helped so many people. He was a special, special guy and he gave and gave. Jody...you, too, are incredibly wonderful. I thank you so much for reaching out to me in my time of need. Sharae and her many friends who know Michael Jr. from Reading Elementary and Centerville Jr. feel very bad and send their love. We are so sorry this happened.

May God comfort and guide you through the days ahead, Jody & Buddy. Michael was a good man and as we knew him, always tried his best. He always had very entertaining stories for Aftercare and they were sorely needed! We haven't seen you in a while, but we will always be here if you need us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Michael and his family are remembered by us as one of the most welcoming and loving families we encountered in our brief one-year residence in Utah. We remember teasing Jody and Michael about holding hands and being so loving even at the baseball games. Our son remembers what a terrific and fun baseball coach Michael was, often calling the team "ladies". We pray for comfort and peace for Jody, Michael and family. May Jesus wrap His loving arms around you. May God hold Michael in the palm of His hand.
