I met Pat when I chose to live at Legacy. I loved eating by her! She always had a smile to give. I will miss that smile. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Romney families, We send our deepest sympathies to all of you. Pat was a wonderful person & friend! It is so good to think of she and Vernon, as she usually referred to him, together again. They are an amazing couple! Our prayers are with you all. Much love & wishing His comforting peace to be yours!

I have very warm memories of Pat. We were the same age, both born in 1929. Her mother was Marge Cannon, my father Alan's sister. When we were young each summer she would come to Idaho with her three brothers; Toby, George, and John. Pat and I would play tricks on the boys and they would play tricks on us. We'd swim in the canal, ride horses, eat ice cream, and have a lot of fun. That continued for many summers. Later in life Pat and I and Mary Alice (the daughter of Aunt Isp, another of my dad's sisters) would have lunch together whenever I'd come out to Utah from Chicago. With Pat's encouragement I traveled with her on a cruise to Norway and took my children on a cruise. I will always treasure my memories of Pat.

I personally don't know her but I am very amazed how she did everything, you should ask her if she has time for the funeral. I wish I had her energy...
