Raymond Lublin Obituary

Raymond S.Lublin  CENTERVILLE - Raymond S. Lublin, age 73, died from complications following heart sur-gery on Friday, October 18, 2002, in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He was born June 23, 1929, in Salt Lake City, UT, to Alice Mabel Betts and Venyouf Lublin. Ray spent most of his life working for Union Pacific Railroad. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He married E. LaPreal Wight on Dec 4, 1972 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife, LaPreal, of Centerville; his sister, Bea (Bud) Reese of Bountiful; and several loving nieces and nephews. (Ray's friends and neighbors knew he was like a toasted marshmallow; a bit crusty on the outside, but sweet, warm and gentle on the inside.)  Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tues.
