Our beloved Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend, Roy L Trujillo, flew his last mission and returned to Our Heavenly Father.
Roy was born March 27, 1956 in Murray, Utah to Manuel Gervacio Trujillo and Rose Fresquez Trujillo. He passed away June 5, 2012 at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, after suffering a second massive stroke. Roy retired from the U.S. Marines as a Major after a 26-year career. Roy's biggest love was flying his Huey, fulfilling his dream since childhood.
Roy leaves behind his beloved mother, Rose; and his only sister, Lydia (Johnny) Vidaurre; brothers, Leo (Nora) Don, Ben (Mary) from Utah; Manuel (Shirley) from Albuquerque, NM; Henry (Mari) from Penasco, NM; also numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and countless friends. Roy was preceded in death by his father, Manuel; brothers, Arnold and David Trujillo; his sister-in-law, Linda Trujillo; along with grandparents, uncles, and aunts who are celebrating with him.
Roy's personality always guaranteed many close friendships. His infectious humor was loved by all. Everyone he met became a friend.
