I lack talent
for mourning
and you can't
be dead, but
simply diving
between worlds,
all life,
in an underwater
cul-de-sac,
or mining
the river Nile
for gems of fish.
You would swim
the Lethe, arms
not oars but fins
to glide along
the sea floor.
Black sea,
black lava stones,
from flows of
melting rock
in whisps
the marbled paper
patterns of nargila smoke
curling out
as you exhale.

It always hits home to hear of a young woman about my age passing. I don't know your family but I read Stephanie's obituary...your family will be in my prayers. May you find a glimmer of peace and comfort in the love and support of friends, neighbors, and family members. Personally I believe that you will be reunited with your beautiful Stephanie again - what a beautiful smile! Live your lives to the fullest and your reunion will be joyous and sweet. Praying for God's tender mercies to flood your lives...

oh Stephanie, I am so sad you are gone. You were so full of life to me and accomplished so many things. Im so sorry you were in so much pain. I will miss you and never forget you. My heart is there for your 6 beautiful children. May they find comfort in their family and friends. All of us at Fluff Factory have been thinking of you and talking about you and how sad we are. Love you Steph, I wish you didn't have to leave us.

Stephanie touched so many lives, with her kind heart and vibrant personality. Her children and their father have been and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. I pray in time you will be comforted by your fond memories of her. I can't express how sorry I am for your loss.
