So sorry to hear of your loss. Tom had been a good Neighbor of mine for many years. He always kept his home and yard nice and was always friendly and nice to talk to.

My family and I had Gardner Machines, a shop across the alley from Triumph West, we spent years of good times with Tom and the guys many of whom have expressed their sadness over his passing.
Tom was always a gentleman, I'll miss him.

Life was as good as it got when Tom in the lead, Bowthorpe, Satterfield, Ottley and I would take our weekly Sunday rides up Immigration Canyon. Climbing hills, bumping bikes to push each other off balance, and exploring many miles of dirt trails all the while playing practical jokes -laughing all the way. Keep the Triumphs burning until we all ride together again.

When I moved to Salt Lake in 1970 I started working at Triumph West. I stayed until 1984 when I left Utah. Tom was not only a very good boss but also a very good friend. I will always have good memories of the shop and of Tom.

Tom was a great guy and the Triumphs he touched turned to gold. I have a lot of great childhood memories of the shop. I hope he's riding thumpers in heaven. love, Mike Moulton

My life has been blessed in knowing Tom while growing up just down the street and then later in life taking care of his yard and helping him around the house for the past 10 years. Tom is one of the kindest and most appreciative people I have ever met in my life. Tom, thanks again for the fudge cycle,coca cola and conversations we shared on the patio every week after mowing the lawn. I know that your finally happy again being back together with Carol and Jennifer.

Tom was a great friend to those of us fortunate enough to do business with him @ Triumph West. He influenced the love to ride in me and I enjoy it any day there is no snow on the road.
Best wishes and thanks for sharing this man with all of those who knew him.

My father worked for tom at triumph west. He always siad good things about tom. As a kid we would go down to the shop on saturday to work on my bike. Fun times My tom rest in peace

Tom was the best next door neighbor anyone could ever hope for we considered him family. We invited him over for allmost any family function it would be against all odds to have another neighbor like him, he has shared our fenceline for 50 years. The Lewis family will dearly miss him. Lane was home for his birthday Jan 17 and had Tom over for dinner so glad I was able to visit with him while I was home.
