Jeffrey William Ozanne was born on December 23, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa. Jeffrey grew up in Alta Loma, California. He graduated from Alta Loma High School in 1972. Received his Associates Arts Degree from Victor Valley College in Construction Technology. Jeff was a Pipefitter and worked for the City of Hesperia as a Maintenance Crew Supervisor, he worked for the City for 29 years, he retired June 2018. Jeff loved spending time with friends and family. He enjoyed motorhoming, camping, riding his bike along the beach path, and loved riding his motorcycle that he had more than 150,000 miles on. Jeff's passing has left a void in his family, he leaves behind his mother Lorraine (Rusty) Ozanne; his wife Nina Ozanne; his beloved daughter Cassandra Sandoval; sisters Cindy Hall and Jody Martin; stepsons Ryan, Nathan and Brandon Parks; grandchildren Vannessa Ozanne, Austin Tyler Ozanne, Lucas Sandoval and Alina Parks. Service for Jeffrey will be held on November 8th, 2019 at 12:00pm, Desert View Memorial, 11478 Amargosa Road, Victorville, California.
