Charlie Snyder, 61, of Des Moines, passed away April 26, 2016 at Taylor House. He was born October 2, 1954 to Charles and Dorothy Snyder, Des Moines. He is survived by extended family and friends. He was preceded by his parents.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Saylorville Township Fire Department, corner of 2nd Avenue and NE 54th. There will be no graveside service.

Charlie not a day goes by I don't think about all the great times we had. I miss you so much, life is just not the same without you, you're like a brother to me. I'm so thankful for all the great times we had together all the years of friendship. I know you're at peace now.

If I hadn't been out of state all these years and would have known you were even the slightest bit sick or had just said something, anything at all ..I WOULD have been by your side every step of the way. Charlie you and Dennis were my 2 best friends in 10th grade. We had so much fun together. Later we were neighbors and became great friends all over again. I am glad you are no longer suffering but I will miss you RIP. Charlie !!!
