Mary Sample Obituary
Urbandale - Mary Nicole Sample, 29, of Urbandale died on December 12, 2020 at her home.
She was born on February 10, 1991 to Terri Falk and Jay Kennedy. Mary was a 2009 graduate of Urbandale High School. She worked at Broken Arrow as a Sales Manager.
Mary is survived by her son Jaxon and a host of family and friends.
Mary had the most infectious, beautiful smile that could light up your soul. If you were lucky enough to know her, you know she was a compassionate person who loved to be silly and have fun in whatever she was doing. She had a love for all animals. She loved to cook, but most of all she loved and adored her son Jaxon who was her world. She will be sadly and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be private.
Memorials can be left to her son Jaxon and can be dropped off at the funeral home.
