St. Charles
Services will be held 10:30 a.m. August 6, at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola. Visitation will be Friday with the family present to greet friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be at St. Charles Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Sherry Young; daughters, Mikayla and Madelyn; brother, Brian (Chasity) Young; sister, Tracy (Bill) Truman; long time partner, Cindy Kern.
Memorials may be directed to St. Charles Fire Department.

I got acquainted with Rick at Bishop Drumm Retirement Center where he did many projects over the years. He was a very good man. My thoughts and prayers go to Cindy and all the other members of Rick's family.
