RONALD STOGDILL Obituary
Indianola
Services for Ronald Wayne Stogdill, 56, who passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 at home, will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Ron is survived by his wife, Kathie; sons, Shawn Sherwood, Chad (Darcie) Sherwood and Justin Stogdill; mother, Wilma (Russell) Sinclair; brothers, Warren (Paula) Stogdill, Tom (Patty) Stogdill and Steven (Michelle) Stogdill; sister, Cheryl (Tim) Heinen; and one granddaughter, Georgia Sherwood. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Stogdill and brother, Darrell Stogdill.
Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 6 at Overton Funeral Home with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made at www.overtonfunerals.com.

I lost my father to cancer so I do know the pain and anguish this nasty disease leaves so my thoughts and prayers are really with the entire family including my dear friend Steve. May God wrap his arms around everyone during this very difficult time. A special hug to his young son, Justin.
