One of the nicest people I have met since my contract with GM started almost four years ago. My condolences go out to the family. Just last week I wasn't feeling well and Alan encouraged me to hang in there. I'm sure he is looking on you right now with those same words of encouragement.

I have known Alan for over 30 years. A smile on his face and fun to hang out with before, during and after work. My sincere condolences to his family. I am sure Jesus met Alan with a smile as much as Alan was happy to sit by His side. God rest you.

Alan was in my class at Eastern Hills High School! He had a vibrant smile, fun and inspiring attitude and was very sweet. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He will always be Dale to me, my childhood pal who lived across the street. Even though we never got to meet after we grew up, I thought of him often. We used to ride the teeter-toter in his back yard and I always fell off. My thoughts go out to his family.

My deepest sympathies to Alan's Family. He was a terrific co-worker and very helpful to us from Central Office. I'm sure I speak for all of us from Michigan that had the pleasure of working with Alan the past 12 or more years. Couldn't have met a more courteous and honest man. He made sure to call me up North on "our birthdays" along with two other engineers that shared the same day. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
