Alex Wayne Smith, 25, an electrician, died Tuesday, March 9, 2004.

Funeral: 3 p.m. Thursday, March 18, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Burial: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Open visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 17.

Survivors: Children, Morgan Marie Smith, Macy Renee Smith, Michael Austin Smith, London Dalton Smith and Zandra Marie Davis Smith ; mother, Renee Wilson; father, Gary Smith; sisters, Christina Smith and Stormi Bates; Brother Andrew Smith; grandparents, Marjorie Jameson, Glenn fields, Joe Schellhase and Nell Smith; and aunts, Rhonda McVine and husband, Kent, Reeca Odom and husband, Mark, and Rhoni Fields.
