Allen Dalton Cook, 84, died Thursday, Feb 24, 2005.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church, Grand Prairie. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens, Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.

Memorials: American Cancer Society.

Survivors: Wife, Loretta Mayo Cook; daughters, Grace Ellen May, Kaye Cheryl Harp; stepdaughters, Joyce Stephens, Donna Williams; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Glyn Cook; and sisters, Golda Michaels and Juanice Warrick.

I'm greatful for the time we had together while I was growing up around you and will miss you very much. Grandma, I know he is in heaven with the Lord and has absolute peace now and no pain anymore. Grandpa will be missed and I'm sorry that he never got to meet his Great grand kids Alyssa Marie May--age 12, and Zachary Isaac May--age 13mo. We love you all and God Bless you on your journey home.
