Allen Roberts Obituary
Memorial service: 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, in Arlington Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, to the American Cancer Society, 3301 West Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
Allen was born April 5, 1954, in Vinita, Okla., to Faye and Chester Roberts. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a resident of Arlington for over 10 years and was a former Dallas resident. Allen worked in finance for a mortgage company.
Survivors: Wife, Elizabeth "Beth" Roberts of Arlington; brothers, James Roberts of Azle and Carl Roberts and wife, Lynn, of Katy; and nieces and nephews, Christie, Evan, Katie, Brian and Kristen.

Allen will be greatly missed, and I will forever cherish our daily discussions of life. May it bring confort that he is no longer in pain and his body may finally rest.

Beth, I just read today's paper. I am so sorry to see Allen in there. I have thought of him often. He was always so much fun and always a gentlemen to me. I will miss him and my deepest sympathy is with you. I know he charished you and you stood beside him. My thoughts are with you.
