My sincere condolences to the Willard family. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. Bill was a special person and I very much enjoyed working with him once I got to know him well enough to bypass that gruff ex-marine act. He always had the respect of his team and made sure we took care of all to the best of our abilities. His dedication to his family and his job was very obvious.

MR. B. Impacted my life in such a way that till this day I speak of for I remember everything I learned from him. I always have referred to him as the BEST BOSS I have ever had. I miss his sense of humor and friendship so much. At least I have memories and lessons that will always stay with me and that I can share and pass on to others. Thank You for that Mr. B. You will remain alive in memory forever!!

i am very sorry for the willard family. i only met him once and that was the day of his accident i sat there with him and made sure he was okay until the ambulance got there. he was the sweetest man ive met even in pain... i cant even explain how sorry i am.. just remember you didnt lose him you all gained an angel as well as a gaurdian. my deepest prayers and condolences go out to this family :(
